Aimed at someone who already has winter mountain experience but wants to fine tune their navigation techniques for the challenges added by the winter conditions. It is advised to have attended the Advanced Navigation and Winter Skills course or be competently navigating complex terrain and proficient with an ice axe and crampons before attending this course.
